Straw yellow in colour. There are intense citrus and hazelnut aromas on the nose. A Burgundy-style Chardonnay, with a strong mineral structure, buttery and citrus-like flavors on the palate, and is compatible with risottos and seafood.
It is light yellow in color and has a tight acidity that we can describe as electric. It has passion fruit, tropical fruit aromas and citrus aromas. A typical Sauvignon Blanc wine with a refreshing acidity and a long finish.
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, warm tones stand out on the nose and are accompanied by tropical scents. It leaves fresh, solid, very elegant and permanent marks on the palate. It is compatible with strong white meats and shellfish without being cooled too much. It is compatible with Asian specialties with white meat, fish specialties with white sauce, grilled fish, white meat dishes with cream sauce, and fried fish.
